PEEL MIX

PRODUCT FUNCTIONS:
• Smoothing and exfoliating peeling treatment,
• helps to combat signs of aging caused by sunlight, acne, melasma, freckles, oily skin and rough textured
skin.

AREA TO TREAT:
• Face,
• neck,
• décolleté,
• chest,
• back,
• hands,
• arms,
• legs and other areas at the discretion of the doctor.

HOW TO USE:
Before applying the peeling, the area involved must be cleansed thoroughly to remove any impurity. Take the required quantity of product by using the measuring dropper. Next, apply Peel Mix over the area using a fan brush or pad (as preferred by the operator, the result is the same) paying attention to areas around the eyes and areas that are already inflamed. Peel Mix must be left on the skin until an even erythema appears. Neutralise the reddened parts with Peel Relief (pad gel: code 6673) to stop the reaction of the acid at skin level until foaming stops. Remove the remains of Peel Relief with a damp cloth. Peel Mix is normally used at intervals of 2-4 weeks, and optimum results are achieved with 3-6 peelings.

FULL DESCRIPTION:
Salicylic Acid is well tolerated by all skin types and by all ethnic groups. After a few minutes the peeling may induce a slight anaesthetic effect, increasing patient tolerance. Pyruvic Acid (CH3–CO–COOH) is an alpha-keto acid with three carbon atoms, considered a relatively strong acid, making it more active than Glycolic and Salicylic Acid. Mandelic Acid is particularly active for the repair and regeneration of aged skin; it has innate antibiotic properties and is therefore effective for the treatment of non-cystic inflammatory acne. The combination of these three acids gives excellent results without causing particular problems in terms of burning or inflammation.
